HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, disciplinary matters, training and performance monitoring, succession planning, compliance, employee documentation, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure efficient workforce management and implementation of organizational HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Age Range: 25-35
• Industry: Retail
• Education & Relevant Experience: BBA/MBA/MPA in HRM
• Appropriate Education & Experience: 5 to 6 years
• Knowledge & Technical Skills (Job Specific): Strong understanding of FMCG retail hiring setup, operations and KPIs.
• Business Understanding: Strong commercial awareness of retail sector
• Personality Attributes: Leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs33,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
