HR Generalist

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offering.
2. Process employee BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan through SIPP and EDABU.
3. Handle HR administration: employee data, employment agreements, warning letters (SP/ST), promotion/demotion, HR correspondence, and document archiving.
4. Process payroll and manage employee data in HRIS Talenta.
5. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
6. Support attendance, leave, and time-tracking management.
7. Act as the liaison between employees and management on HR matters.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; Psychology, Law, HR Management, or Business Administration.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
3. Hands-on experience with HRIS Talenta.
4. Hands-on experience with EDABU and SIPP.
5. Experience handling payroll in Talenta.
6. Experience in recruitment.
7. Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheet and tidy employee data management.
8. Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
9. Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties (users, management, vendors, employees).
10. Detail-oriented, structured, with a strong sense of ownership and discretion with confidential data.
11. Communicative, professional, and able to work independently.
