HR Generalist

WE’RE HIRING: HR REPRESENTATIVE / HR GENERALIST

Location: Bicutan, Parañaque
Salary: Approximately ₱30,000/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee relations, performance management, and rewards programs.
• Manage HR communications, internal content, and company announcements.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls, and corporate events.
• Create HR dashboards and monitor employee metrics using Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree program.
• At least 1–2 years of HR Representative or HR Generalist experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Canva and SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
