Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits: Assigned for payroll, government contributions, benefits administration, and BIR compliance.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assigned in job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement engagement programs, team-building activities, and rewards and recognition initiatives.
- HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain employee files, update policies and Employee Handbook, and monitor labor law compliance.
- Performance Management: Assigned in KPI setting, performance appraisals, and learning & development initiatives.
Located at 7F Victoria Sports Tower, 799 EDSA, Quezon City [near MRT GMA Kamuning Station]
