Position: HR Generalist

Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major(preferably Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources Management)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an FMCG company
• Proven experience handling mass recruitment for factory and operational positions
• Hands-on experience in managing factory training programs and certifications (e.g., K3, GMP, HACCP, BNSP)
• Strong understanding and application of POD (People & Organizational Development)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, plant safety compliance, and industrial relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in a plant environment

Job Description:

• End-to-End Factory Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for factory and operational roles, driving mass recruitment initiatives to fulfill plant staffing needs efficiently.
• Training Program Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute factory training programs derived from the plant-wide skill matrix to address operational skill gaps.
• Factory Certifications & Compliance: Manage mandatory factory certifications and licenses, ensuring continuous audit readiness for safety, quality, and technical standards (e.g., K3, GMP, HACCP, BNSP).
• People & Organizational Development (POD): Support POD initiatives within the plant, including performance reviews, talent assessments, and local capability building.
• Industrial Relations & Employee Care: Support industrial relations management, resolve employee grievances proactively, and enforce consistent disciplinary procedures.
• HR Operations & Data Reporting: Maintain accurate HR operational databases and generate periodic plant workforce reports to support decision-making.
