HR Generalist / HRBP

We’re looking for a sharp, versatile expert with 5 years of hands-on experience who has mastered at least 3 of these core pillars:

• Payroll: Keep the money train running smoothly and accurately. You'll handle processing and taxes while teaming up with Finance because nobody likes a late payday!
• Comps & Bens: Be our total rewards architect. You’ll design competitive pay structures, benchmark salaries, and manage perks that keep our people smiling.
• Learning & Development: Spearhead Training Needs Analysis and build programs that actually excite people, connecting individual goals to big company wins.
• Employee Relations: Tackle tricky disciplinary cases with fairness, empathy, and clear policies. You bring the objectivity whether it's a casual chat or a serious fix.
• Performance Management: Help our people shine! Drive performance reviews, coach managers on feedback, and keep productivity high with a cool head and an objective eye.
• Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment cycle from "we need a rockstar" to onboarding. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build dream teams.
• Expat Management & Admin: Be our international mobility guide! You'll handle visas, work permits, relocation magic, and keep our records pristine.
• Special Projects: Jump into high-impact cross-functional quests whenever excitement calls!
