HR Generalist (IT Staff Augmentation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Review employee incident reports and complaints.
• Conduct investigations related to disciplinary cases.
• Recommend and implement appropriate disciplinary actions and resolutions.
• Communicate administrative decisions to employees and concerned stakeholders.
• Handle employee concerns related to labor and employee relations.
• Represent the company in labor-related matters when needed.

Qualifications:

• With 5-10 years of relevant experience as an HR practitioner.
• With experience in employee relations/engagement and Labor Law.
• With background handling project based employees/handling IT resources.
• Experience handling terminations/end of contract.
• With exposure handling 100+ FTEs is a big plus.
