HR Generalist Part Time

We are seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to provide practical day-to-day HR support to our employees and management team.

The Human Resources Generalist at Glenwood Kitchen:

• Supports recruitment, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintains confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assists with benefits, attendance, vacation and general HR administration.
• Provides support on HR policies, employee relations and performance matters.
• Coordinates training, employee communications and HR initiatives.
• Helps ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment legislation.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous Human Resources or related administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• HR education and/or manufacturing experience would be considered an asset.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
