HR GENERALIST (Real Estate Development experience)

Summary

A leading real estate development company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to establish and manage the company's full HR function. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience within a real estate company or property developer and be capable of independently setting up HR processes, policies, employee lifecycle management, and Talent Acquisition.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the company's overall HR function
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Lead Talent Acquisition and manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines
• Manage employee relations, HR documentation, and personnel records
• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant HR requirements
• Develop HR reports, KPIs, and workforce planning initiatives
• Advise management on HR matters and organizational development
• Build a structured and scalable HR function as the company grows

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE HR experience, preferably in a real estate developer or real estate company
• Proven ability to establish and manage a full HR function
• Strong Talent Acquisition and recruitment experience
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and build HR processes from the ground up
• Professional, proactive, and highly organized
• Immediate availability required

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on HR professional with strong UAE real estate experience who can build the HR function from the ground up, establish effective HR processes, and lead Talent Acquisition while providing strategic and operational HR support to management.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
