Location: Mabini, Batangas

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the hiring managers for discussions on qualifications of open positions, send job invites to qualified candidates, screens applicants carefully by conducting interviews and assessment’s, endorse potential candidates to hiring managers and monitors onboarding of candidates.
• Provide manning and monthly report.
• Assist and ensure that all payroll-related documents (e.g. daily time records), OTA are accurate and complete prior submission.
• Respond to timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct preliminary screening of requirements for government-mandated benefits such as SSS sickness benefits, ECC benefits claims (for work connected injury), SSS maternity benefits, insurance claims, etc. prior submission to Head Office
• Implement local employee relations programs in coordination with HRBP.
• Provide assistance to managers and supervisors in the administration/implementation of Company Policies, Rules and Regulations.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of BS Psychology or any other Human Resources-related course
• With at least two (2) years’ experience or background in Human Resource Management
• Possessing good written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to a 4-month employment contract
