HR Generalist Supervisor

Placement : PT. WEHA Transportasi Indonesia, Tbk (White Horse Group)

Location: Rawa Bokor, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment from sourcing until onboarding and performance review.
• Manage industrial and employee relations.
• Handle employee relations and support.
• Handle performance management and people development.
• Build a positive workplace culture and service culture.
• Conducting and engaging employee events that strengthen connections and engagement across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Well understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
• People oriented person with good communication skill, and have positive vibes.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
