HR Generalist (with IT Staff Augmentation experience)

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Valero, Makati

Work setup: Full onsite - Dayshift (8:00am to 5:00pm)

We are seeking a results-driven HR Generalist specializing in Employee & Labor Relations to support our dynamic, fast-paced IT Staffing and Augmentation operations in Makati City.

In this role, you will serve as the primary HR liaison and subject matter expert on Philippine labor compliance, workplace investigations, and employee engagement. You will play a critical role in managing administrative due process, navigating project-based contract transitions, handling roll-offs, and fostering a fair, high-performing work environment across technical and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors graduate of HRDM or Psychology

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferred: Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Handled terminations and end of contract, etc.)

• Experience in handling and supporting IT employees (project based) - staff augmentation

• Preferably came from/has experience in IT staffing industry

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
