Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with around 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment support, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Assist with attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.

Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant MIS.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.

Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.

Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee-related matters professionally.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
