Job Description Job description: REQUIREMENT FOR THE JOB PROFILE WITH KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Strong exposure to HR 3.0 and working knowledge of HR 4.0 digital transformation practice

Objective To lead HR transformation aligning with organizational growth, ensuring compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws relevant to ISP/BPO operations.
• Lead the design and rollout of HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Build a robust talent acquisition framework tailored to fast-paced ISP/BPO environments.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and workforce retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Handle corporate compliance, administrative functions, and HR audits.
• Implement HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
• Drive employer branding and internal communication programs.

TRAINING / PROJECT DONE

• Advanced HR Analytics and HR Tech Integration.
• Workshops on Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and Corporate Compliance.
• Digital HR 4.0 Implementation Project or HR Process Automation exposure.
