Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and oversee the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will align HR strategies with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, manage talent acquisition, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and implement retention programs that improve engagement and minimize turnover.
• Champion corporate culture, resolve complex employee relations issues, and build transparent, inclusive workplace policies.
• Direct annual performance review cycles, establish clear career progression pathways, and implement learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage benefits administration, and maintain competitive compensation structures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HR leadership or management role.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Strong expertise in labor law compliance, conflict resolution, organizational design, and data-driven HR analytics.
