HR Head

A leading global financial services organization is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Human Resources to align regional HR strategy with core business objectives and manage full employee lifecycle operations across the Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

Serving as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, you will lead end-to-end HR functions, direct organizational development, oversee regional compliance, and lead a high-performing team of 4 HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership & Partnership

• Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with global vision and local market needs.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to identify talent needs, structural gaps, and change management initiatives.
• Drive organizational development, transformation, and workplace culture initiatives.

Talent Management & Operations

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Manage total rewards strategies, performance management systems, L&D, and payroll execution.
• Harness HR systems, analytics, and data-driven insights to inform executive business decisions.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Maintain positive employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster continuous engagement.
• Ensure strict risk management and regulatory compliance with local labor laws across operating regions.
• Oversee HR administration, wellness programs, policies, and efficient budget allocation.

Team Leadership

• Mentor, delegate to, and build a high-performing team of 4 HR members.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive, combined HR experience in regional or multi-country setups.
• Executive Partnership: Proven track record advising C-suite executives (VPs to CEO).
• Function Expertise: Deep experience leading Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and L&D.
• Cross-Border Leadership: Strong expertise in cross-border Organizational Development and Talent Management.
• HR Models: Direct experience managing a regional HR shared services model.
• Labor Compliance: Thorough knowledge of local labor laws and employee discipline management.
