- HR Head needed in a Manufacturing Company based in Bhowanipore, Kolkata.
- Immediate Joining.
- Only Male candidates needed.
- Candidate should have done MBA in HR.
- Should have 8+ years working experience in Steel Industry.
- Should have overall 15+ years experience working in Manufacturing / Steel Industry.
- Should be well equipped in Labor Laws and handling union issues.
- Should have worked in a Leadership role
- Manager or Head.
- Should have handled a team.
- Ensuring smooth functioning and resolving all HR related issues.
- Attendance, Salary payout, Appraisals, Grievances etc to be handled efficiently.
- Anyone residing in Kolkata or willing to relocate to Kolkata can apply.
- They should posses the desired experience and skills.
- Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate.
