HR Head

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
• Manage payroll inputs, overtime, salary processing coordination, and wage records.
• Handle PF, ESIC, UAN activation, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory rules, and Gujarat state regulations.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with production and department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Maintain joining forms, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and exit documentation.
• Conduct induction, maintain training records, and coordinate performance appraisal activities.
• Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, manpower, attrition, recruitment, and overtime.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
