Roles and Responsibility

• Responds to inquiries about employee benefit programs, including life, health, and disability insurance.
• Ensures appropriate documentation is prepared for new hire transactions and existing employee changes.
• Answers questions about various benefits-related mailings and communications.
• May perform research to resolve problems.
• Continuously improves day-to-day activities and processes.
• Leads a team of junior co-workers and sets daily operational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree.
• Proficient in executing established standards and works independently within set frames.
• Develops own knowledge, shares best practices, and develops relevant/appropriate solutions.
• Ability to be a formal team leader of more junior co-workers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
