Hiring HR Helpdesk professionals with experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Workday HCM.

Job Details:

• Location: Chennai
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Shift: Night Shift
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee queries through phone, email, and chat
• Log, track, and resolve HR cases/tickets
• Handle queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave/time-off, and onboarding
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution
• Escalate complex queries to relevant HR teams
• Monitor ticket aging and pending cases
• Guide employees on Workday HCM self-service
• Process basic HR transactions and data corrections in Workday
• Track workflows, approvals, and pending HR processes
• Perform employee data lookups and operational reporting

Must-Have Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Helpdesk
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with Ticketing / Case Management tools
• Strong employee query resolution skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and PII handling
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
