HR Human Resources Assistant (Part-time) 人力資源助理

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offer proposal preparation, onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, JobsDB, social media, recruitment platforms and other recruitment channels.
• Build, maintain and update the candidate database while continuously expanding the company’s professional talent network.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify departmental manpower needs and provide appropriate recruitment strategies and recommendations.
• Assist new employees with licensing applications, examination registration, document preparation and related onboarding procedures.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings and training activities, and assist in preparing recruitment reports and related documents.
• Perform other human resources and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• University students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in recruitment, human resources, administration or the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing methods.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn, with a positive working attitude.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, JobsDB, social media or other recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers and different departments.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluent Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
