Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Industrial Relation

• Controlling workers discipline, investigate violation and follow up with actions
• Handle industrial disputes
• Unions relations and monthly union meeting
• Manage grievance and suggestion channel
• Conduct counselling
• Conduct home visit
• Manage anti harassment and abuse committee program

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a Industrial Relation position
• Must have English skill, Mandarin is plus
• Must have skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
• Collaborate with other functions, such as Technical Service, Operation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the smooth supply to customers
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
