Industrial Relations Intern

Support the Industrial Relations team in managing workplace matters, union engagement processes, and HR governance initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to employee relations operations, workforce engagement, and tripartite-aligned HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of employee relations cases, including documentation and tracking,
• Support the team in preparing materials for union engagements, meetings, and internal briefings.
• Help compile data and reports on employee relations trends (e.g. grievances, disciplinary cases, appeals, attendance issues).
• Assist in organising engagement sessions, dialogues, and employee relations initiatives.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for ER projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Interest in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or organisational governance.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Canva.
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Organised, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
