HR Intern - Academic Internship

We are looking for an HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment. The intern will be assigned to Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, or Talent Acquisition and will support the team in various HR and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement, or compensation and benefits activities, depending on assignment.
• Assist with data encoding, record keeping, and preparation of HR reports and documents.
• Coordinate with employees, candidates, and internal teams when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the team.

Job Qualification

• Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
• Must complete 250 hours or more of internship.
• No work experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willing to work on-site at Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
