HR Intern (BGC)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in BGC, Taguig City. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, develop their HR skills, and gain exposure to a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Provide administrative support, including file management, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Support HR communications, compliance activities, and employee inquiries.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
