Role & responsibilities
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Approaching the MBA institutes for our campus programs
- Collating data and analyzing the application of interested students
- Coordinating end-to-end campus processes including pre-campus, during-campus, and post-campus processes with students and placement coordinators
- Monitoring activities of the campus selected before joining and after joining
- Monitoring and implementing tasks for the campus program after onboarding in Tata AIA
- Managing a calendar for all campus programs initiated
- Handling candidate personnel file documentation pre-hiring
- Ensuring to have a complete best-in-class onboarding process for campus professionals in the organization
