• Support daily recruitment activities, including resume sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research; build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy across sourcing and hiring activities.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection, onboarding communication, and new hire coordination.
• Support recruitment reports, HR projects, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the TA team. Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, English, or related fields.
• Interested in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Available to intern at least 3 days per week for 3 months or longer.
