• Responsible for employee onboarding & termination process 1) New hire on-board preparation for Suzhou plant & Shanghai office 2) Follow up exit process for Suzhou plant & Shanghai office 3) File documentation
• Responsible for HR related data/report maintain
• HR reports generate: headcount weekly report, monthly turnover report, etc. 2) Probation evaluation form distribution and collection
• Support Suzhou plant recruitment & training 1) Assist in recruitment site coordination 2) Assist in orientation training for blue collar and local interns
• HR/Admin Support 1) Health check fee reimbursement 2) Other tasks assigned by line manager Your Profile:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in HRM, Administration, Business Administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, with good communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Available for at least 3 days per week, internship duration of 6 months or more is preferred.
