What You'll Learn and Experience

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
• Screen resumes and maintain applicant databases.
• Support new hire onboarding and employee orientation.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and employee records.
• Help monitor attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Perform HR administrative and clerical tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related concerns.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently taking up Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Must be required by the school to complete an internship/OJT.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to render internship on-site in Las Piñas City.
