HR Intern

The HR Intern will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the Human Resource department. This will include, but not be limited to recruitment, and general administration.

Key Activities:

• Prepare and monitor onboarding requirements, including HR forms, government-mandated documents, and other pre-employment documents.
• Prepare and facilitate job offer kits for new hires.
• Maintain and organize employee records and 201 files while ensuring proper documentation.
• Scan and archive pre-employment requirements and employee-related documents.
• Assist in candidate phone screenings and test administration.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate assessments, interviews, and related recruitment activities.
• Provide support in payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Support internal communications and employee events to promote a positive employee experience.
• Assist with HR initiatives, special projects, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
