• Assist with interview scheduling and maintain/update recruitment-related records.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist in coordinating training programs, including venue arrangements, attendance tracking, and preparation of training materials.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Perform HR data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Support other HR projects and daily administrative tasks as assigned. Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above; Human Resources Management or related majors are preferred.
• Available to intern at least 3 days per week, with a commitment of 3 months or longer preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
