HR Intern

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is looking for an HR Intern to join our internal team.

HR Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-up.

• Assist in HR administrative tasks such as employee documentation, filing, and database maintenance.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Assist in attendance, leave, and other HR operational administration.

• Provide administrative support for General Affairs activities when needed.

• Maintain and update HR records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Perform other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong interest in Human Resources, especially Recruitment, HR Administration, and General Affairs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in BSD, South Tangerang.
