HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support HR administrative tasks, filing, and records management.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and other related documents.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently taking up Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Must be enrolled in an internship/OJT program required by the school.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Can maintain the confidentiality of HR documents and employee information.
• Willing to render internship on-site in our Head Office at PRIMEX Tower, San Juan City.
• Can START ASAP.
