HR Intern

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS and other HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Assist with other HR projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting follow-ups.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
