HR Intern

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Assist with new employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Coordinate welcome announcements and onboarding activities.
• Support employee engagement and virtual team activities.
• Collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
• Support attendance and other HR administrative activities.
• Ensure HR information and records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle employee and candidate information with confidentiality.

Employer Branding

• Assist in creating and publishing LinkedIn hiring posts.
• Support employee stories, workplace content, and recruitment campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen Humppl's employer brand and candidate reach.

Learning & Employee Engagement

• Coordinate internal learning sessions and employee activities.
• Assist with feedback collection and documentation.
• Support virtual engagement initiatives for remote employees.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
• Track hiring metrics and recruitment progress.
• Maintain HR dashboards, spreadsheets, and recruitment data.
• Identify basic trends and insights from HR data to support HR decisions.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
