We are looking for a motivated and ambitious HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the executive search and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records, organize HR documentation, and update personnel files
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide support for training programs, employee activities, and internal communications
• Assist in preparing HR reports and compiling data
• Handle other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field

• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Good Chinses and English reading, writing, and communication skills
