As an HR Intern, you will support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee records management, timekeeping, documentation, and administrative processes. You will work closely with HR professionals and gain valuable exposure to day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with applicants

• Respond to applicant inquiries through email, phone calls, and online platforms

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring departments

• Support the preparation and processing of internship requirements, MOAs, and onboarding documents

• Organize, scan, file, and maintain employee records and HR documents

• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks related to Human Resources as assigned
