HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will gain practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Support new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Help prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Respond to routine employee and candidate queries.
• Support attendance, leave, and performance-management processes.
• Conduct HR research and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms or HR software.
• Basic understanding of employment practices and HR processes.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
