HR Intern

Rotex Pharma Phils., Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and develop practical skills in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening applicants and coordinating interviews.
• Support the preparation and organization of employee and recruitment documents.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns.
• Maintain and update HR records and files.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support the HR team in preparing reports, forms, and other documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR-related projects.
• Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Must be required to complete an internship/OJT as part of their academic program.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Internship Schedule

Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
