HR Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial recruitment calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
• Assist the HR team in various projects and assignments.

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Laptop is mandatory.
