HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

-Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.

-Participate in organizing and coordinating HR projects and events.

-Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.

-Create various job descriptions for IT and non-IT profiles.

-Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries.

-Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.

-Participate in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.

-Support HR managers in various administrative tasks.

-Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

-Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

-Detail-oriented and highly organized.

-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

-Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

-Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

-Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.

-Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

-Previous internship or work experience in an office environment is advantageous.
