Source candidates through platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, Apna, etc

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Conduct follow-up calls and maintain candidate communication

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines

Coordinate with HR and marketing teams

• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records
• Support onboarding and team management activities
• Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with calling and coordinating with candidates
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
• Familiarity with Linkedin, Internshala, or job portals is a plus
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment
