HR Intern

BLUE MACAY FOOD MANUFACTURING CORP.

Duties:

• Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating interview logistics and communicating with candidates.
• Helping with employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and collecting required documents.
• Maintaining and updating employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assisting in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Supporting payroll and attendance record management (where applicable).
• Preparing HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting with performance appraisal documentation and HR projects.
• Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.

Qualifications:

BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources Management student
Residing in Calamba or nearby areas

Office location: Purok 3, Brgy. Sirang Lupa, Calamba City, Laguna
