HR & Admin Intern

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, employee records, onboarding, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance monitoring
• Provide support in compensation and benefits administration
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Support the preparation of HR reports and related documents
• Assist with employee inquiries and routine HR administrative concerns
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the HR team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn
• Must be able to complete the required internship hours
