HR Intern

About the role

This role will provide exposure to different HR functions while supporting the team in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, presentations, and other documents
• Help coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and HR events
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with general administrative tasks and coordination
• Support day-to-day HR initiatives
• Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned

About you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably completing an internship/OJT requirement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, dependable, and proactive
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig in an onsite work arrangement
