HR Intern

K9V Tech is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Search and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support HR administration and day-to-day HR activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.
• Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required SkillsEssential

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with candidates and conducting initial screening calls.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional email and telephone communication.
• Proactive, positive, and willing to learn.

Preferred

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is an advantage.
