What You’ll Work On

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support internship and recruitment activities from application to onboarding.
• Communicate with candidates and provide updates regarding the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR-related reports.
• Collaborate with the HR and operations teams on day-to-day activities.
