• Provide branding awards related support and help to consolidate the eligibility criteria and prepare relevant materials.
• Help to conduct phone interviews when CVs are received and then send the online test.
• Help to coordinate the interviews, including booking time and venue.
• Support the campus road show, including onsite support-materials preparation, onsite coordination and consolidate CVs being collected.
• Help to track the status of candidates after offer acceptance.
• Organize staff Pfile, and checking if every required document is signed and well-stored in Pfile.
• Assist in intern onboarding, and monthly attendance collecting. Requirement
• Current senior students of undergraduate or post graduate school, HR major is a plus.
• Know basic Outlook, Excel and PPT.
• Proved analytics skill will be a plus.
• Good speaking and written English
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to details and have a strong sense of ownership.
• Proactive, willing to take initiative to drive things.
