HR Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, reports, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist with administrative and office management activities.
• Maintain office records, documents, and basic inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and support day-to-day office requirements.
• Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the HR team in other HR & Admin activities as required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
