HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of HR documents and coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including preparation of letters, reports, filing, and documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives.
• Support the HR team in ensuring employees are aware of and comply with the Employee Handbook, company policies, and procedures.- Perform other HR-related duties and projects assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
